RE: Is she OK ?
I was being held incommunicado!! The bloody NBN's been down for dunno how long.
The last email came through at 7.15am .. long before i was around to notice if the internet was on or not and I gave up on it coming good about 2pm and got some house stuff (and a bit of TV watching) until now. aaaarrrrrghhhh!

All okay at the moment but thanks for missing me.

RE: Is she OK ?
It was Telstra, this from nine news:
"Australia's largest Internet provider Telstra is suffering a nationwide outage, crippling the Internet of Australians.
Telstra's home broadband including NBN services are affected by the outage which has been reported widely on social media.
Telstra says they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.
"Our team is looking into an issue impacting some home internet connections including NBN. We'll keep you posted as we get on top of it. Sorry to mess with your Sunday plans."

RE: Is she OK ?
Loves and kisses from the Beijing hacker??

I wasted an hour trying to remember what to look for on the Control Panel to re activate the connection as it used to turn itself off, but I gave up and decided (wisely it seems) to leave it alone and wait a while.

Thanks for that info, "not just me" is always a relief.
